You may use the Karnesav platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use. The platform is intended for educational use, including participation in webinars, accessing learning materials, and interacting with instructors and other participants.

You agree not to engage in any of the following:

— Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any content from the platform without prior written permission
— Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure
— Uploading or transmitting malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
— Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or platform staff
— Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation
— Scraping, crawling, or using automated tools to extract data from the platform
— Using the platform for commercial solicitation without authorization
— Interfering with the proper functioning of the platform or its services

All content available on the Karnesav platform, including but not limited to webinar recordings, course materials, graphics, text, and software, is the intellectual property of Karnesav or its licensors. All rights are reserved.

Subject to your compliance with these terms, Karnesav grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

If you submit, post, or share any content on the platform — including questions, comments, or feedback — you grant Karnesav a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce that content in connection with the operation of the platform. You retain ownership of your submitted content.

Certain services on the platform require payment. All applicable fees will be clearly displayed before purchase. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the stated amount.

Refund eligibility is determined on a per-service basis and will be communicated at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, completed digital services and accessed content are non-refundable. To inquire about a refund, contact us at contact@karnesav.com.

Karnesav reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already completed.

The platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, tools, or services. Karnesav does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services. Access to third-party services is at your own risk.

Educational content provided through the platform is intended for informational purposes only. Karnesav makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, certifications, or results from participation in any webinar or learning program.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Karnesav and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall Karnesav's total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid to Karnesav in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Karnesav and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

Karnesav reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

These Terms of Use represent the entire agreement between you and Karnesav regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Failure by Karnesav to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
