This Intellectual Property Policy describes how Karnesav treats intellectual property rights in connection with the platform available at karnesav.com and all related services. By accessing or using the platform, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out below.
1. Ownership of Platform Content
All content made available through the Karnesav platform, including but not limited to webinar recordings, live broadcast materials, course outlines, learning programs, instructional text, graphics, interface designs, logos, and software, is the exclusive property of Karnesav or its licensed content providers.
These materials are protected by applicable intellectual property law, including copyright, trademark, and related rights. No rights are transferred to users beyond what is expressly stated in these terms or in a separate written agreement.
2. Permitted Use
Karnesav grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use platform content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This license does not include the right to:
— reproduce, copy, or duplicate any platform content in whole or in part;
— distribute, publish, or share content with third parties without prior written consent;
— modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on platform content;
— reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technical component of the platform;
— use platform content for commercial purposes, including resale or redistribution for profit;
— remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notice.
3. User-Submitted Content
3.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of any content you submit, upload, or transmit through the platform, including questions, comments, chat messages, and other contributions made during webinars or interactive sessions.
3.2 License Granted to Karnesav
By submitting content to the platform, you grant Karnesav a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual license to use, store, display, and process your submitted content for the purpose of operating and improving the platform. This license does not give Karnesav the right to sell your personal content to third parties.
3.3 Representations and Warranties
You represent and warrant that any content you submit does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party, is not unlawful, and does not violate any applicable policy of this platform. You accept full responsibility for any content you submit.
4. Trademarks
The name Karnesav, the domain karnesav.com, and any associated logos or service marks are trademarks of Karnesav. You may not use these marks in any manner that could cause confusion, imply endorsement, or misrepresent your relationship with Karnesav without prior written permission.
All other trademarks, service marks, and trade names referenced on the platform are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
5. Third-Party Content and Links
The platform may reference or link to content owned by third parties, including guest instructors, partner organizations, or external resources. Karnesav does not claim ownership of such third-party content and is not responsible for its accuracy, availability, or intellectual property status.
Any use of third-party content accessed through or referenced by the platform is subject to the terms and conditions established by the respective rights holders.
6. Copyright Infringement Notices
6.1 Reporting a Claim
If you believe that content available on the platform infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please notify us promptly. Your notice should include:

6.2 How to Submit
Infringement notices should be submitted by email to contact@karnesav.com with the subject line Intellectual Property Notice. We will review all valid notices and respond in a timely manner.
6.3 Counter-Notices
If you believe content was removed from the platform as a result of an error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address. Counter-notices must include equivalent identification details and a statement made under penalty of perjury that the removal was the result of a mistake or misidentification.
7. Repeat Infringers
Karnesav reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or restrict access to accounts of users who are found to have repeatedly infringed intellectual property rights, whether those of Karnesav or of third parties.
8. Open Source Components
Certain components of the platform may incorporate open-source software. Where applicable, those components are governed by their respective open-source licenses. Nothing in this policy is intended to restrict rights granted under any open-source license that applies to such components.
9. Modifications to This Policy
Karnesav may update this Intellectual Property Policy from time to time to reflect changes in law, platform functionality, or business practice. The date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised. Continued use of the platform following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
